Reservations will be accepted up to one year in advance, with the following limitations. 

Reservations, for a minimum of five nights, in July & August, will be taken commencing on June 15 the year before, i.e., we will start booking on June 15, 2010 for reservations in July and August 2011, and we will begin taking bookings on June 15, 2011 for reservations in July and August 2012. It is wise to book early for July and August, particularly for sites at the beach end, as they fill up quickly, as do full service sites away from the beach.

We start taking reservations for less than five nights in July or August on April 1 of the same year, i.e., April 1, 2010 for July or August 2010, and April 1, 2011 for July or August 2011.

All reservations for the long weekends in July & August must be for a minimum of three nights.

Reservations on the concrete pads, for all long weekends from Easter to Thanksgiving, must be for a minimum of three nights.

While every effort will be made to hold a specific site, we reserve the right to re-allocate sites without notice.

Deposits are due at the time of booking. They are required on all reservations during July and August, and also on the Victoria Day and Labour Day long weekends. They are also required for all reservations on the concrete pads for the Easter and Thanksgiving long weekends. Deposits may also be required on other bookings.

For reservations of up to ten days the deposit is one night at the base rate for the site. For reservations of eleven nights or longer, the deposit is 10% of the total, calculated on the base rate for the site.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Reservations made with a deposit will only be held until 11 am on the day after the scheduled date of arrival, at which time the reservation will be canceled. Reservations made without a deposit will only be held until 3 pm on the date of arrival.
